LEASKY heavy lift sliding door is a high-load-capacity door system designed for large-span building openings. The door system uses 6063-T5 high-precision aluminum alloy profiles. The main profile wall thickness meets national standard requirements. The surface treatment uses metal powder spray coating. Coating adhesion meets the requirements of GB/T 5237 standard, providing weatherability and fade resistance. The frame width is 140mm, which is designed to improve overall structural bending resistance and stability.
Single door leaf load capacity is available in two configurations:
Standard configuration: 300kg per leaf.
Reinforced configuration: 500kg per leaf, with single leaf dimensions up to 3.5m (width) × 3.2m (height).
The pulley set uses a double-bearing structure, paired with stainless steel high-low tracks. The track surface is hardened for wear resistance to meet the requirements of repeated sliding operations. The pulley and anti-sway wheel form a double-layer positioning structure, which is used to control lateral movement of the door leaf during operation.
Six sealing strips are provided between the door frame and the door leaf. The strip material is EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber. Its compression set rate and aging resistance meet the requirements of GB/T 24498 standard. Nylon hook-edge profiles and double-layer composite strips are used in combination to form a multi-cavity thermal barrier, which is used to reduce heat transfer. When the door leaf is closed, the sealing strips press against the frame to form a compressed overlapping state. This structure also provides a certain level of pry resistance.
Drainage holes are arranged along the length of the track, combined with a continuous double-layer filter cover. The filter cover is used to intercept particles and prevent blockage of the drainage holes. The drainage path uses a height-difference design, using gravity to direct water outward. The double-layer filter cover structure is also used to reduce air backflow from the exterior side.
Frame connections use glue-injected corner keys, reinforced with flattening plates. The corner keys are secured with structural adhesive to fill connection gaps, which is used to maintain long-term frame connection strength and surface flatness.
