Double Tempered Glass Aluminum Casement Windows utilize an aluminum alloy profile as their frame. Double-glazed aluminum casement windows are hinged and mounted on the side of the door or window. They consist of two sheets of tempered glass separated by a sealant and spacer to create a hollow space. The space is filled with an inert gas (such as argon) to reduce heat conduction. The aluminum alloy profile wall thickness is ≥ 1.4mm, the surface anodized coating thickness is ≥ 15μm, and the tensile strength is ≥ 160MPa.
